They come from excavations all over Arcadia.
Among its exhibits are jars, sculptures, inscriptions, vessels. Noticeable: a bronze helmet from the early Hellenistic period, found in Megalopoli, which has been associated with the campaigns of Alexander the Great. A headless marble statue, presumably representing goddess Athena, which is attributed to the Athenian sculptor Endoios. A stirrup amphora from the late Mycenaean period, from Palaiokastron, Gortyna. A relief slab depicting Apollo and the nine Muses, dating back to the second century BC, from the villa of Herod Atticus in Eva, Kynouria. Many other amphorae, figurines and votive reliefs.
The museum regularly holds cultural and educational events.
