The Loutraki Festival completes its first decade this summer.
Get ready for an exciting year with 5 events and 2 festivals within the festival!
The Blues Festival was organized in Loutraki by local bands and was included in our program for the first time in 2016. This year it will take place in the courtyard of the Casino of Loutraki.
The International Classical Music Festival "Opus" has graced the program for the last few years and has managed to gather some of the greatest classical music artists in Loutraki. In September, the internationally renowned clarinetists Nicola Baldeyrou and Spyros Mourikis, the trumpeter of the KOTH George Laskaridis, the Yamaha Artist Stathis Mavromatis and the teachers of the Loutraki Philharmonic Orchestra are coming to Loutraki for masterclasses and chamber music concerts (the programme will be announced separately).
The established live performances in Kalavria and Ypanema welcome DO Disis and Pavlina Voulgaraki.
In Agioi Theodoroi, the Loutraki singer-songwriter Giorgos Michas is accompanied by local musicians and collaborates with Giorgia Kefalas from the Blues for a unique evening at the Notis Pergialis Theatre.
Theatre In Form presents Arthur Miller's masterpiece, "They Were All My Children" directed by Takis Tsarsitalidis at the Pantelis Zervos Theatre.
The programme concludes in September with the much anticipated Hollywood concert. This is the second concert of the Filarmoniki Loutrakiou trilogy that began with the performance Cinecitta. The programme includes great musical works, many of them in their first nationwide performance, which have invested the most important films of the American cinema.
